VISIT US – GUIDED TOURS & FLYING DEMONSTRATIONS
12:00PM & 2:00PM (Wednesday-Sunday)
During peak season (school & public holidays) we are open 7 days / week and offer an additional tour and flying demonstration at 10:00am.
Our tours and flying demonstrations may be affected by adverse weather conditions and we are limited to 50 people per tour so please call ahead to avoid disappointment. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL
GENERAL ADMISSIONS
10:30AM - 4:00PM (Tuesday-Sunday)
Once a flying demonstration has started, entry is not permitted. Visitors will be asked to wait until our guide is finished before they may enter.
Please note* During off peak and winter months, the centre may be closed to visitors periodically for annual veterinary check-ups and essential maintenance. During these periods, pre-booked tours may still be available.

Meet the team
Mark Robson
Director
Mark Robson has been actively involved in the rehabilitation and care of birds of prey at the Heath for the past 6 years. He gained his experience whilst working with his brother at Radical Raptors. He is no stranger to the great outdoors and has a background in forestry as well as extensive experience in the hospitality industry. The passion with which he conducts his guided tours reflects his love and dedication toward the birds in his care.
Laura Fotheringham
Director
Laura Fotheringham is a nature enthusiast and animal lover at heart. Her passion for conservation and education have drawn her toward wildlife rehabilitation and she has volunteered at a number of centres across South Africa. She has a background in design and marketing as well as experience working in the tourism industry.
Collien Mokoena
Administrator
Collien Mokoena welcomes you at our reception, she is responsible for the smooth running of our day to day business. She is available to assist with any customer queries and takes care of all our administration, bookings, daily vet reports as well as sales in our gift and souvenir shop.
